Mobile Fingerprint Services - South Carolina
Scheduling an appointment
Applicants for the mobile session MUST pre-register at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
· Applicants can register online at www.Identogo.com or call our toll free call center at 866-254-2366.
· On the website the Applicant will:
o Choose South Carolina from the state drop down under Search for services by state, and click Go
o Click Digital Fingerprinting
o Click Schedule a New Appointment
o Choose the correct reason for fingerprinting from list. If you are unsure which option to choose, check with the agency. Also be sure to then choose any other specific details for that agency on the next screen(s).
o On the screen to choose the location, DO NOT use the zip code feature. Instead, click the drop down under the region section, choose SPECIAL, and click Go.
o Find your event location, which is: SPECIAL Piedmont Regional Association of Realtors. You may need to click Next at the bottom to find your event.
o Select Click to Schedule on the date you want fingerprinting, then select the time for your appointment and click Go.
o Enter all of your personal information, then click Send Information.
o Your fee rate and payment information will be listed at the bottom of the next page. See the following payment information.
Payment and Identification
Applicants for the mobile session must bring proper ID and form of payment.
· Applicant may pre- pay using a credit card at the time of registration. *Please note this is the only point you may use a credit card. We cannot accept credit cards the day of printing
· If applicant does not pay at the time of registration they must bring either a check or money order to their appointment. We cannot accept cash or credit cards on the day of printing.
· Forms of acceptable ID are listed below, and can also be found on our website www.Identogo.com
· If applicant does not have a valid South Carolina Driver’s License, the Applicant MUST present two (2) forms of ID, at least ONE of which has to have a photo (see column A):

U.S. Passport (Unexpired or Expired)
Drivers License or Photo ID Card
Photo ID card Issued by Federal, State or Local Gov't
Column B Supplementary Identification:
Voter Registration Card
U.S. Military Card or Draft Record
U.S. Social Security Card
Orig. or Certified copy of a Birth Cert. issued by authorized U.S Agency with official seal.
